What areas do you serve?

Kitchen Goddess Catering serves Vancouver WA, Clark County (including Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, and La Center), Portland OR, and the greater SW Washington and Portland metro area. We travel to your venue — whether it's a private home, event space, winery, or outdoor setting.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 months in advance for weddings and large events, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. For smaller gatherings (under 50 guests), 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. Check our availability calendar to see open dates.

What is your minimum guest count?

Our minimum is 25 guests for full-service catering. For pickup and drop-off orders, we can accommodate smaller groups. Every event gets the same level of care and attention regardless of size — from intimate dinners of 25 to grand receptions of 250+.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We specialize in creating inclusive menus that accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, kosher, and other dietary needs. Chef Elaine works with you personally to ensure every guest is taken care of — no one feels left out at our table.

Can I customize the menu?

Every menu is fully customizable. The sample menus on our website are starting points — Elaine will work with you personally to create the perfect selection for your event, your guests, and your vision. Want to combine items from different categories? Add a family recipe? We love that.

Do you provide servers and event staff?

Yes! We offer full-service catering with trained servers, bartenders, and event staff who handle setup, service, and teardown. We also offer pickup and drop-off if you prefer to handle service yourself. Either way, the food is extraordinary.

How does pricing work?

Every event is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on your menu selections, guest count, service style (buffet, plated, or family-style), and event details. Request a free quote and Elaine will respond personally within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.

Do you cater weddings in Portland, Oregon?

Yes! While Kitchen Goddess Catering is based in Vancouver WA, we regularly cater weddings and events throughout Portland, OR and the greater Portland metro area. We've catered at venues across both sides of the river — from downtown Portland to the Gorge.
